Mary Kate Bristow, MA
Behavior Specialist

Mary Kate was born and raised in Bloomington and earned her M.A. degree in Psychology, with a certification in Mental Health Counseling, from Loras College in Dubuque, Iowa. Her career has been spent working with children and adolescents with behavioral and special needs. Areas of specialty include solution focused therapy, music therapy and behavioral disorders in the classroom and at home.





Pam Larr, MS, Ed S

Behavior Specialist
Pam received her Master of Education degree from the Indiana University Counseling Department in May of 2006 and her Specialist in Education degree in May of 2007. Pam has counseling experience with children, teens, and adults with high behavioral challenges. She is trained in Dialectical Behavior Therapy and in treating individuals with personality disorders.






Caitlin Mroz , MA
Behavior Specialist

Caitlin is a Master's-level therapist with experience working with young children, adolescents, and emerging adults in client's homes, as well as in outpatient settings. She has been specially trained in Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Trauma Systems Therapy.







Katy Kelly, MSW, LSW

Behavior Therapist

Katy worked in education as a teacher, administrator, and teacher professional development facilitator for nearly 20 years before switching my professional focus to social work. Katy also worked as a therapist with children and adults, couples and families. Currently Katy works with Milestones as a behavioral therapist which allows her to incorporate her skills as a teacher and therapist into work with clients who need behavioral support. Katy received her Education Degree from IU Bloomington and her Master's from IUPIU.



Mari Shawcroft, MA
Manager of Behavior Support Services

Mari has her bachelor's degree in Psychology and Social Welfare from the University of New Mexico and her master's degree in Psychology, with an emphasis on marriage, family and child therapy from Chapman University. She has 13 years experience in cognitive deficits and dysfunction, cognitive assessment, geriatrics, acquired brain injury and counseling. Mari is a Registered Behavior Consultant in the state of Indiana and is a certified CPI Instructor.



Jane Ross, MSW, LCSW

Behavior Specialist

Jane is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker.  She received her Master’s of Social Work from the Indiana University School of Social Work in 2010.  Jane began her career in the field of social work in 2006 by providing home-based case management services to individuals in Monroe and surrounding counties.  In 2010, Jane began providing therapeutic services to adolescents, adults, couples, and families in their homes.  Her evidence-based practice is informed by interventions borrowed from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy and Interpersonal Therapy as well as strategies derived from Motivational Interviewing, Strengths-Based and Solutions-Focused perspectives.
