Mary McKinney, LCSW, ACSW, LMFT
Manager of Social Work Services
Mary received her Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Social Work from Indiana University. She has over 30-years of social work experience in a variety of settings, including outpatient practice, family services, foster care and employee assistance. Mary joins the Milestones Management Team and is responsible for the oversight of agency social work services and for supervising the social work team.

Jennifer Hammond, LCSW
Clinical Social Worker
Jennifer received her MSW from IUPUI in 2001 and has extensive clinical experience working with school age and high school students, teachers, families and other community members. She was also the director of a large school-based training center which focused on conflict resolution, diversity, leadership and peer mediation. Prior to her graduate studies, Jennifer worked at Noble in Indianapolis as an Instructor and Case Manager.
