



Jami Sargent
Office Manager
Jami has been with Stone Belt since 2005 and has worked in the mental health field since 1994. After studying psychology at Indiana State University she decided to graduate with a Business Administration degree. In her role as Office Manager, Jami is responsible for overseeing all of Milestones' administrative supports, including monitoring patient accounts. She is very passionate about the communities and peoples the agency supports and serves.
Dixie Jenkins
Administrative Assistant
After moving to Bloomington in 1997, Dixie worked at the Family Service Association as Office Manager and for Bloomington Psychiatrist, Dr. Chad Schultheis.
Leisa Crouch
Biller
Leisa has over 20 years experience in various health care positions from receptionist to office manager. Currently, Leisa does patient billing for the Bloomington and Columbus Milestones' Clinics and has been with Stone Belt for
the past 5 years.
Connie Crowe
Administrative Assistant
Connie has the important job of receiving and assisting our outpatient clients. She has many years of office and customer service experience, most recently in a mental health setting. Connie is a wife, mother and grandmother. She loves to travel to new places and meet new people.
Dorrine Theodore
Administrative Assistant
Dorrine has worked in the medical field as an administrative assistant for several years. Dorrine recently came out of retirement to take her position at Milestones because of her desire to work with people again. Dorrine has lived in the Bloomington area for 28 years.
Kim Farquhar
Administrative Assistant
Kim earned her Associates degree in Office Administration from Ivy Tech and is currently attending Indiana State University. She has held a variety of administrative support positions over the years. Kim supports the outpatient office and the other areas of Milestones. She is very dependable and efficient at her work and has her hands full working full-time, attending school full-time and being a mother.
