Coping Cat
Coping Cat is a 10-12 week group protocol focused on cognitive behavioral skills used to manage anxiety.  It is useful for children who are in any stage of treatment for anxiety whether they are just beginning the process or need a refresher of what they have previously learned.  2nd and 3rd Graders.

Held on Tuesdays, 5-6 pm, starting 1/29.

5 – 7 y.o, Social Skills Play Group

Social Skills Play Therapy group is for 5-7 year olds struggling with social skills and peer relationships.  Participants learn to identify their feelings and are coached in appropriate social interactions using play therapy techniques. 

Held on Mondays, 5-6 pm, starting 1/28.

Preschool Social Skills Play Group

3 & 4 year old – Social Skills Play Therapy that assists children in improving the following skills:  Walking in line, sharing, taking turns, keeping hands and feet to self, following directions, following a picture schedule and play skills.  Participants will practice interacting with other 3 & 4 year old, with a 1:2 child to adult ratio.

Held on Friday mornings, 10:30 – 11:30 am, starting 2/1.

Dino Club (Younger)

The Dinosaur Curriculum emphasizes training children in skills such as emotional literacy, empathy or perspective taking, friendship skills, anger management, interpersonal problem-solving, school rules and how to be successful at school. 

Held on Tuesdays, 5:30-7 pm, starting 2/12.

Dino Club (Older)

Incredible Years
Incredible Years Group is an evidenced based approach for strengthening parenting skills, preventing and treating behavior problems in children.  The program is geared towards both parents and children and includes prevention and intervention components de eloped to reduce problem behaviors and enhanced children’s social and emotional
