| Mari Shawcroft, M.A.
Manager of Behavior Support Services
Mari has her bachelor's degree in Psychology and Social Welfare from the University of New Mexico and her master's degree in Psychology, with an emphasis on marriage, family and child therapy from Chapman University. She has 13 years experience in cognitive deficits and dysfunction, cognitive assessment, geriatrics, acquired brain injury and counseling. Mari is a Registered Behavior Consultant in the state of Indiana and is a certified CPI Instructor.

| Connie Thornton, M.S.W., L.C.S.W.
Behavioral Therapist
Connie earned her master's degree in Social Work from Indiana University Purdue University Indianapolis and is currently a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in the state of Indiana. Connie has experience in providing individual and group therapy to adolescents and adults with mental health and chemical dependency issues, and to adults with high behavioral challenges. She has worked in a variety of mental health agencies as well as working with homeless women and children.

| Jennifer Sipp, M.A.
Behavioral Therapist
Jennifer earned her masters degree in Clinical/Community Psychology form UNC Charlotte in 2006. She specializes in treating children, adolescents, families and behaviorally challenged populations. Jennifer has worked in a variety of settings including intensive outpatient treatment and school-based services.

| Pam Larr, M.S., Ed. S.
Behavioral Therapist
Pam received her Master of Education degree from the Indiana University Counseling Department in May of 2006 and her Specialist in Education degree in May of 2007. Pam has counseling experience with children, teens, and adults with high behavioral challenges. She is trained in Dialectical Behavior Therapy and in treating individuals with personality disorders.

| Craig Barnhart, M.S.
Behavioral Therapist
Craig earned his Masters in Applied Health/Human Development, Family Studies from IU. He has worked with adults, children and adolescents in various settings including residential, community-based and school-based services. Craig specializes in behaviorally challenged populations.

| Dan Button, M.A.
Behavioral Therapist
Dan received his master’s degree from the University of Kentucky. He specializes in the study and practice of mindfulness and acceptance-based psychotherapies and has worked as a therapist and staff coordinator at Jesse G. Harris Psychological Services Center in Lexington, Kentucky. Before moving to Bloomington, Dan spent a year as a researcher, therapist and teaching assistant at the University of Maine.

| Mark Henico
School Liaison
Before joining Stone Belt, Mark had extensive experience working in the Indiana Foster Care System. His work at Milestones takes him into area public schools, where he not only directly supports students, but also acts as a resource to the school so that they may provide support to students without further intervention.
