Lisa Minnick Office Manager Lisa came to Milestones after working as the Office Supervisor at Hamilton Center in Spencer for the last 7 years. Prior to that, she worked in the Medical Records Department of the Center for Behavioral Health in Bloomington. She has 10 years of experience working in the mental heath field.
	Phil Lyons Administrative Assistant Phil was born and raised in Bloomington and has held a variety of different positions, but feels that working at Milestones is not a job but a privilege. He enjoys the interaction with both clients and staff.
	Dixie Jenkins Administrative Assistant After moving to Bloomington in 1997, Dixie worked at the Family Service Association as Office Manager and for Bloomington Psychiatrist, Dr. Chad Schultheis.
	Shay Gooden Administrative Assistant Shay has been an employee of Milestones since 2005. Previously she worked for Meadows Hospital Outpatient Clinic where she received her mental health front office experience.
	Bertha Wiles Administrative Assistant Bertha has worked in a variety of settings, most recently as a Collection Manager for a call center and Office Manager for an out-patient counseling service.
