Marcella Padgett, A.C.S.W., L.C.S.W. Clinical Social Worker Marcella received her master's degree in Social Work from Indiana University and is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in the state of Indiana. In addition to being a member of the Academy of Certified Social Workers, Marcella spent many years as an adjunct faculty member for the Indiana University School of Social Work. Marcella has more than 25 years of counseling experience.
	Carrie Koons, M.S.W., L.C.S.W. Clinical Social Worker Carrie has eight years of direct service experience in group home settings. She has 5 years of clinical experience in a residential facility providing individual and group therapy to children and adolescents with behavioral and developmental challenges, case coordination, assessment and plan development. She has worked extensively in collaboration with community social service agencies in providing services to youth and their families.
	Erica DeHart, M.S.W. Social Worker Erica received her master’s degree in Social Work from Indiana University Purdue University (IUPUI) in 2008. Erica specializes in individualized and group therapy in mental health and addictions treatment in an intensive out-patient setting.
